Orders and Payment
  • Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website by selecting from our range of salads and programs. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at any time.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit cards and payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize Nutri-Jar to charge your account for the total amount of your order.
  • Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer service team
Subscription Plans
  • Program Signup: When you sign up for a Nutri-jar program, you agree to a recurring billing cycle based on your selected subscription. You will be billed on a weekly or monthly basis until you cancel or modify your subscription.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account. Changes to your subscription must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect for the upcoming delivery.
  • Skipping Deliveries: If you need to skip a delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that week’s delivery.
Delivery
  • Service Area: Nutri-jar delivers within select regions. Please check our website to ensure we deliver to your area before placing an order.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made according to your selected schedule during signup. We aim to deliver within the designated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery Instructions: You may provide specific delivery instructions at the time of order. We will do our best to accommodate these, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
  • Missed Deliveries: If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or if you are unavailable to receive your order, Nutri-jar will not be responsible for any spoilage or deterioration of the products.
Refunds and Returns
  • Non-Refundable: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for orders once delivered.
  • Order Issues: If you experience any issues with your order (such as damaged products or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a charge.
Dietary Preferences and Allergies
  • Customizing Your Order: Nutri-jar allows you to customize your salads based on dietary preferences. Please review ingredient lists carefully before placing an order.
  • Allergies: While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen processes nuts, gluten, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please consult with our team before ordering if you have severe allergies.
Pricing and Promotions
  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Canadian or US Dollars ($) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may not be combined with other discounts or offers unless specified. Nutri-jar reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Limitation of Liability

Nutri-jar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or inability to use, our products. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, Quebec. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada, QC
